Submit a Support Request

If you cannot find the answer to your problem or query in our documentation or knowledge base then you can raise a support request with us. Use this section to report a bug, submit a feature request or seek advice. We are a small team of developers so cannot guarantee that we can respond in person to all submitted requests but we can reassure you that all will be reviewed. Where necessary we will respond, otherwise we may create a KB entry or apply a fix in the next release. Please note you must register on our system to create a support request. Thank you.
